Original Audi A3 S3 8Y Rims and Wheels and Tyres

As the fourth A3 generation, the 8Y replaced its predecessor, the 8V, in 2020. The model is available as a five-door Sportback (around 4.35 m long, also offered as the allstreet since 2022) and as a four-door saloon (about 4.50 m), each roughly 1.82 m wide and between 1.41 and 1.47 m high. The line-up comprises petrol (30, 35 and 40 TFSI), diesel (30, 35 and 40 TDI), the gas-powered g-tron and mild and plug-in hybrids. Output ranges from 110 hp (81 kW) in the 30 TFSI to the S3 with 310 hp (228 kW), or 333 hp (245 kW) from May 2024. Engine capacity lies between 999 and 1984 cc, and kerb weight between 1295 and 1685 kg. Most versions have front-wheel drive; the 40 TFSI, 40 TDI and S3 come with quattro all-wheel drive.
The predecessor A3 8V was produced from 2012 to 2020 and was also available as a three-door hatchback and as a Cabriolet. The 8Y is now only offered as a Sportback and Saloon, and is somewhat longer.
