Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Our products are shipped directly from
Germany. Shipping costs include VAT and are charged as a flat rate. They depend on rim size, wheel/tire combination, package size and shipping provider and always apply to a complete set. Depending on size and destination, shipping is carried out on a pallet with DSV (formerly DB Schenker) and Raben Group or as a parcel with UPS or GLS. In addition, we voluntarily pay surcharges with selected shipping partners - e.g. with DSV - to support measures for reducing CO2 emissions in transport. Find out more on our sustainability page.
Note: Within the EU, special regulations apply for VAT in cross-border trade. Prices in the shop are usually displayed including VAT. For items with differential taxation or if no delivery country has been selected, prices are shown without VAT. On the product page you can see if VAT is included. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany takes 2 to 4 working days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the conclusion of the contract – for prepayment from the receipt of payment. If items with different delivery times are ordered, shipping is done in one consolidated shipment, with the delivery time determined by the slowest item. For self-collection, we will inform you by email as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.
