Our guarantee conditions

We at or24.de provide you with the best prices and guarantee that you will not get the wheels and rims presented by us, whether summer tires or winter tyres, cheaper anywhere at the same time, not even directly from the respective manufacturer, in the Store or other online shops.

If you bought a set of rims or tires from our shop, but found a cheaper offer elsewhere (not private sale!) with the same conditions within 48 hours, we will refund you the difference.

Requirements for the Nowhere Cheap Guarantee:

• You made a purchase via or24.de and you have your invoice.
• You will find a cheaper offer from a commercial dealer (not private sale!) within 48 hours after purchase via or24.de
• The offer was aimed at end consumers and referred to individual goods. There were also no volume discounts from competitors.
• The purchase offer you have is publicly accessible and is not based on special conditions, special offers, clearance, warehouse and/or clearance sales, individually negotiated special prices and obviously incorrect offers (e.g. recognizable typing errors).
• The cheaper offer can actually be ordered, i.e. it is not a question of an incorrect display.
• The item had the same availability or delivery time from a competitor.
• There are no differences in the cheap offer to ours, such as age of tires and rims, type of tires, brand of tires and condition of the rims and tires. There must also be no differences to the final prices, i.e. the prices including all additional costs (VAT, shipping and delivery costs).
