Delivery, payment, shipping and VAT addition to EU delivery countries
Important notice: From 1.7.2021 new customs and tax rules of the EU apply. The starting point for this shop is the German VAT and delivery country Germany. For orders that you place in your EU country, the VAT will be adjusted according to the VAT rate of your country during the order process and upon receipt of the final invoice and is not included in the item price.
Shipping conditions & shipping costs
Delivery is worldwide. Shipping to German islands is excluded. The shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate. These depend on the rim size, wheel/tyre combination, parcel size and shipping service provider and always refer to a complete set of original rims or wheels.

Delivery periods
If no other period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 - 3 days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further payment details
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying on account. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
