You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is one month from the day

 

- on which the customer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that he has ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are or will be delivered in a uniform manner;

 

- in which the customer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the latter goods, provided that he has ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

 

- in which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several shipments or partial pieces;

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

 

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of cancellation

 

If you cancel this contract, we will make all payments we receive from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) payable immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

 

We pick up the goods.

 

We assume the cost of returning the goods.

 

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary to verify the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

 

Reasons for exclusion or expiration

 

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

 

- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the delivery of goods that are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or journals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

 

 

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

 

- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if their seal has been removed after delivery.
